I’d say kind of yes because there’s quite a bit of overlap with the other fields (e.g. physics, chemistry, molecular bio). Plus, a lot of engineering jokes can be understood by science majors. BUT AS WITH MOST THINGS, THERE ARE NO ABSOLUTES; if the joke is too specific to your tiny little field of expertise, it won’t be posted.

I also won’t be posting any computer science and advanced math jokes because I think those fields are diverse enough on their own to get their own memes and I don’t wanna steal anyone’s thunder. Plus, there are a feces-ton of programming and math jokes out there and I… don’t trust myself with those.
